A pencil drawing of a woman shows chaos above her head, symbolized by squiggly lines.

Maybe, like me, you’ve been told you’re too much.

Too moody, too needy, too loud, too complicated.

Maybe heavy moods keep you down,

Or stress sends you spinning.

Maybe you’ve also felt rage threatening to blow,

Or have bumbled through days with tears ready to fall.

Maybe sometimes, it even feels like they’re right,

Sometimes you’re too much, even for you.

But you know what? It doesn’t have to be that way.
You can get the guidance and support you need to feel better.
Let’s make things easier. (You too, parents – let’s make home calmer).

After close to twenty years experience in the mental health field, I’m offering you a different perspective on anxiety, depression and mood instability: A strengths-based, whole person approach that respects individual experiences, celebrates strengths and honours self-knowledge.

Think of it like a scavenger hunt to figure out what you really need to feel better. We’ll explore questions like: What’s happening before you get upset? How would you take care of yourself if there were no limitations? What do you REALLY think is bugging you the most at work?

So often I see people going through their days unaware of how much the outside world is affecting them. We’ve been told to suck it up and work hard, but a lot of us are tolerating huge amounts of frustration just getting through the day. It’s no wonder we collapse on the couch in the evening and have a dinner of potato chips (totally my go-to when I’ve overdone it).

But what if you just need an electrolyte at the end of the day? Or to be wrapped in a weighted blanket in a dark room for 15 minutes? My approach to Mental Health & Neurodivergence Support is creative, solution-focused and skills-building – we figure out what you need to feel good!

Your Neurodivergent & Mental Health Guide: Parrish Wilson

Parrish Wilson wears a pink shirt and looks at the camera, smiling.Driven by my own sense of “I don’t feel like everyone else”, I trained as a Child & Youth Counsellor right out of high school and started working with kids (and families) who were navigating ADHD, Autism, sensory issues and so much more, from intergenerational trauma to social barriers and poverty. I found these kids the most interesting, and often the wisest and kindest, to be honest. Usually their difficult behaviours were simply a reaction to injustice or overwhelm, both experiences we now know are common for the sensory sensitive and neurodivergent mind.

At the same time, my own struggles drove me to deepen my studies, knowing I wasn’t destined to be “too emotional” for the rest of my life. However, it wasn’t until I was a mom of two neurodivergent kids pushing 40 that I was finally diagnosed with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and ADHD. Since then, bringing together my professional and personal experiences in the field, as well as a Masters in Counselling & Spirituality, I have shifted my view of myself and my clients from the mental health paradigm to the neurodivergence paradigm with incredible success.

You’re not broken or bad, or too much.
Let’s figure out what makes you tick and what you need.
From there, life starts to make more sense.

Know Thyself: The Self-Understanding Project

You’ve worked hard to manage your mental health, therapy, self-help books, mindfulness, maybe even medication but things still feel too hard… The overwhelm, the reactivity, the deep exhaustion.

What if there’s another lens?

For many women, seeing themselves through the lens of Neurodivergence is a life-changing shift. Suddenly, what once felt like personal failings become understandable differences. And with the right tools, life is so much more manageable.

This package is designed to walk with you through that shift so you can finally understand yourself in a whole new way, and create sustainable practices that actually work for your brain, your body and your life.

Oh, and along the way we’ll drop the expectation of perfection because no, it’s never going to perfect. Instead, you’ll learn to love and embrace all of you, including your ups and downs.

You’ll Walk Away With…

A much clearer understanding of yourself: your wiring, your needs, and how you best thrive

Practical tools that work for emotion regulation and energy management

A more deeply rooted sense of self leading to greater self-compassion

And… A Personal Manifesto

This simple yet powerful piece of writing will be printed as an intentional, permanent honouring of your full self – quirks, needs, strengths, desires. All of you.
Defined by you.
Written by you.
Lived by you.
